It was a glorious spring day for Andrew & Omar’s Botleys Mansion Wedding. Such a happy day at this prestigious Bijou venue, in Surrey.

I was almost a bit confused, having Andrew & Omar’s day booked as an April wedding….the weather had been so dire and cold. However, overnight, whoosh! out came the sun and it was a ‘summer holiday’ Botleys Mansion Wedding ?!!  Yay !!

The boys got dressed and ready together, with a bit of assistance from both Dad’s, which was super special. Their stylish matching suits were from Harris & Zei, with the ties & pocket squares by Hawes & Curtis. All came together wonderfully, and they looked absolutely great. Andrew & Omar were keen to have some images as sepia or ‘warm tone’ black & white. It was great to be working with this in mind and I was really pleased how these shots looked.

Guest arrived early, to be greeted with fizz and canapes in the splendid entrance hall. The beautiful bridesmaids’ dresses were a subtle pastel grey, which worked well with the general black tie theme for everyone.

A few fluttering nerves, but perhaps excitement as well, with everyone taking their seats in the magnificent ceremony room. Some gorgeous flower pieces on display, designed and set by Fine Flowers Company. Rings checked, cue the music (‘Today I Do’ by Tamia) and first down the aisle came the bridesmaids, paired with best man and ushers. Andrew and his mother then entered, preceding Omar and his mother.

All ‘arrived’ safely with some great smiles. Vows were exchanged, rings placed on fingers and the marriage sealed, witnessed and photographed !

Out into the sunshine to celebrate, with Andrew & Omar doing a confetti & bubbles walk down and then back up the steps, at the front. I loved the sheer delight on their faces !

Following the drinks reception outside, the guys gave us another celebrity ‘step walk’, as they made the entrance down the flower lined stairway, into the Atrium. Big whoops & cheers and more smiles all round. A sumptuous Botley Mansion wedding banquet was enjoyed by all, with heart-warming, fun speeches given by Andrew’s father, Omar and best man Omar’s brother Aaron.

Their 3 tier wedding cake was crafted by Fifi’s Cakery. I was later given a piece of the fruit layer and it was delicious !

There was time after the first dance, for some outdoor evening sunset photos, by which time the floor had truly warmed up, helped by the hot DJ’s Surrounded by Sound. Some serous synchronised moves & general shake downs on show and I left the party in full swing.

Thanks for having me guys! Great to be a part of your wonderful Bijou Botleys Mansion Wedding Day !
